Matisse Student Halls in Limassol completed in time for the new academic year

Matisse Student Halls is a brand new complex of apartments uniquely designed for students living in Limassol. Its modern design, contemporary materials and splashes of colour, give vitality to the centre of student life. The building is located in the most exciting and distinctive area of Limassol; in the heart of the town and among the university buildings.

The Halls aim to create a small community of young people living near each other and socialising in the common areas of the building.

Matisse Student Halls consists of 31 high-spec single studio flats that include a spacious bedroom, kitchenette, bathroom and balcony. The studios are fully equipped with modern furniture and electronic devices.

Each studio has two points CAT6 cabling for high speed internet and cable TV. The thermal insulation of the building materials and LED lightning aim at maximum energy savings.

Security and safety are top priorities at Matisse Student Halls. The building and the public areas are monitored by closed circuit television (CCTV).The entrance to the private and public areas is possible only with the use of security keys.

The building has been constructed with high standards of fire safety. It is equipped with a sophisticated fire detection system which is activated in case of overheating or smoke in any part of the building. Each room has a fire-resistant door that provides fire protection.
