CYTA Pension Fund takes posession of Zavos Makariou Avenue Offices

27th January 2011

The project was successfully completed in October, 2012 and the Occupier, CYTA Pension Fund, has taken posession. It is intended that the office space is let on a floor by floor Tenancy or as one single Tenancy. The retail unit at Ground and Mezzanine is also being marketed.

The project consists of a single retail unit at Ground and Mezzanine floors and 5No office floors above. The parking is located in 2No basement floors. The project utilizes horizontal solar louvres on the south side. These are in the form of panels that are stood off the face of the building by at least a metre. On the east and west facades a series of vertical blade-like shades are incorporated with a planter below and above each window. An automated irrigation system has been installed. The intention is that on the east and west facades when the planting is in place it will create a natural green shading to the building.
